• Device/browser data including IP address via Typeform

• To improve Build X tools and features
• To contact and announce prize draw winners
• To better understand feedback across the construction industry

We store your information securely. Some data may be hosted overseas through Typeform. We ensure providers meet Australian privacy standards.

We do not sell your information. It may be shared only:

• With partners supporting survey or prize draw operations
• When required by law

Build X Survey Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

Promotion Name: Build X Survey Prize Draw   Promoter: Mammoth Projex Pty Ltd, ABN 55684353277. 

Promotion Period: Ongoing — quarterly draws held on the first Monday of each calendar quarter.

Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18+   Entry Method: Complete the Build X survey using the official Typeform link.

Prize: One (1) annual subscription to the Build X platform awarded each quarter.

Note: Build X is currently under development. The subscription will be redeemable upon public launch. The estimated value of the prize is AUD $1,000, subject to final confirmation at launch. No cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection: Random draw conducted by Mammoth Projex Pty Ltd.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of each draw.

Unclaimed Prizes: If not claimed within 30 days, a redraw may be conducted.

Public Announcement: Winners will be listed on the Mammoth Projex website under the prize draw section.

Permit Requirement: No trade promotion permit required in Queensland (prize value below $5,000)   Privacy Consent: By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of your data for survey and prize administration.
